WE ARE YOUR ONE POINT OF CONTACT: From the conception of design to the completion of construction, Advanced Contracting, Inc. will be your one point of contact.   Key employees will be assigned to your project throughout the design phase, product selection phase and construction.
WE SAVE TIME:  All investigative work is done up front.  During the design phase, our certified designer, who is a master carpenter with 25 years experience, will review county codes that may apply to your project and will meet with the specialty trades to discuss the existing conditions to avoid any trade related conflicts and verify new design ideas.  This way, when construction begins your job will progress smoothly.  This is how we save time!
WE HAVE A CERTIFIED CREW: Our designer is a certified remodeler with a special certification in kitchens, baths.  Both our lead carpenter and carpenter hold certifications as well through the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI).  With the combination of our certifications and 25+ years in the industry, our team of professionals are fully capable of managing any type of remodel or new home building project. 
 
 WE DO WARRANTY INSPECTIONS: Because we genuinely care about your project, we inspect our work during the labor warranty period. We will call and schedule three walk thru visits and will make any necessary touch ups or adjustments to ensure a quality job!
WE KNOW HOW TO COMMUNICATE: We have our communication bases covered!  A white board and a job notebook are at each of our jobsites for communication between the homeowner and the crew.  We also offer weekly meetings for our clients with the lead carpenter.  For example, Mr. & Mrs. Smith have requested their weekly meeting with our lead carpenter be every Wednesday morning at 9am.  So, every Wednesday morning at 9am the lead carpenter and the homeowner go over what has been done to date and what they can  expect to take place over the next week or two.  Our clients have expressed how important and valuable they have found this time to be.

WE KNOW HOW TO PUT OUR CLIENTS AT EASE:  Our clients feel so at ease while we are working in their homes, that they have been known, without concern, to go to work, run errands, take the kids to school and even go on vacation!  

We have been building additions and remodeling kitchens and baths in Alexandria, Annandale, Burke, Clifton, Fairfax Station, Great Falls, Lorton, McLean, Mt. Vernon, Oakton and Springfield since 1987. We are expanding into Prince William and Loudoun Counties.
