OUR SERVICES

REMODELING: Many remodel projects are “remove and replace in the same location”. In other words, if you are interested in a new kitchen and do not want to change the location of your appliances, cabinetry or move walls, ACI will provide a price for your remodel project along with a detailed construction contract including start and completion dates. We will assist you while making product selections or we will be happy to install the products you have already purchased.

DESIGN/BUILD: For projects which dictate design, we offer both design and build under one roof. This is a two stage process. The first phase is the design phase. Our designer will prepare a design for your approval. Once approved by you, and the products for your project have been selected, we prepare the price for your project. Once the price has been agreed upon, then we proceed to the second phase which is the construction contract. A detailed construction contract specific to your job is prepared which includes job specifications, photos of products selected for your remodel, start and completion dates and progress payments. During the design phase you are penciled into our schedule so that once the construction contract has been signed, your project will be scheduled for production to begin.

CUSTOM HOMES:  ACI provides expertise in new home building and lot development.  Placement of your septic, well, new home, patio, deck, fencing, barn, pond, riding arena, etc. should be taken in careful consideration. Our in-house design department has 10 years of experience in lot development. Hiring a professional to research your property and develop it to its fullest potential is a very wise investment. We are fully capable of handling any lot size or shape.
